Angry at everyone who voted for the Orange Monster because the women in their lives simply didn’t as much as their tax breaks or their desire to build a wall.
Angry at everyone who is bored with politics or “not political,” willfully ignoring that neutrality empowers the corrupt and endangers the vulnerable.
Angry at everyone who pivoted from “abortion rights are safe” to “it SHOULD be an issue for the states” … the same argument that was made about slavery, as if a woman in Alabama deserves fewer rights than a woman in New York.
Tomorrow, I’ll be angrier when they pivot from States’ Rights to Federal Ban. They are always disingenuous in how they proceed.
Today, I’m furious at the creepy misogynists on the right who worked for decades to restrict our rights while pretending they weren’t doing precisely that.
I’m also furious at the callous “allies” on the left who kept saying that our fears for our rights were unfounded.
